I called ircc today and I was told my application was moved to Winnipeg for further processing. Everything is done except security and eligibility. What do they mean by further processing? Is this bad? I’m so confused because last time I called they told me the VO processing my application was whiterock and secondary one was Vancouver. Now they sent my application to Winnipeg? I don’t get it.

I thought RPRF was requested after eligibility was passed so how come I am getting ADR again?
