Does "medical passed" include spouse/dependents? How do you know that they have passed the medical too?

I'm pretty confident it does. It wouldn't make sense otherwise to show that everything is ok.

IRCC has cancelled my PR application due to marriage certificate missing even if I have provided the letter of explanation & submitted the supporting documents like my passport, spouse passport & my daughter's birth certificate where my spouse name is clearly mentioned.
This is so weird. They even didn't ask for query/additional documents , they have just rejected it straightway.

Can someone help me, what I can do as next step. I have already tried to get the marriage certificate from India in recent months but they are asking to be physically present to make the marriage certificate which hasn't been possible as we (me & spouse) got stuck in Canada due to COVID.

Sorry to hear that. My PR application was rejected last year in September 2020 as I missed to merge the biographic data page of the passport in the pdf file. They did not raised any ADR just cancelled the application as incomplete. So made a new express entry profile and have to wait for the ITa again. Received ita again on feb 14 let’s see what happens this time. But if you are adding spouse I think marriage certificate is mandatory.

Just had a ghost update yesterday but nothing different in my account.

Medicals passed March 10, 2021. Nothing about biometrics yet.

I'm so sorry this happened to you, I understand exactly your frustrations. My first application was rejected in September last year, as I accidentally uploaded the wrong police certificate. I sent through the correct one using the webform, but was told that they would not accept it.
You could go through the process of a formal reconsideration with an immigration lawyer, however it is not guaranteed. I tried this and they just said no again and I had to resubmit into the pool and get another ITA.

I need some help, with the following situation.
I did my engineering from Canada. I came here as international student on 2013 and completed my degree 2019. In my 2015 fall semester, I was alleged with academic miss conduct and the case investigating run in to winter 2016 semester due to which I couldn’t take my winter semester. I also received my pgwp and I didn’t mention this when I applied for pgwp. My question is do I need to mention this in my express entry profile. and back in 2018 I had only left 2 classes and my university gave me a latter which I attached with my pgwp and successfully got my pgwp. My question is do I need to mention again in my express entry profile. and if I didn’t would it effect my PR application.

If I were you then I will call the CIC agent and ask them about these scenarios.

Do you know the reason why they wouldn't accept the file? I made a mistake with my transcript as well so I uploaded a new version using webform today. I hope they won't refuse my request T.T
