But, I see there is one guy in the same thread who got the ITA on 13th Feb & AOR on 16thFeb has received the MEP/BIL confirmation this morning.
the progress bar is just a time based thing, it will progress based on time passed rather than the actual steps of your application, so updating something in your application wont change the %.
I got that thing that the status bar is based on the timeline. My question was if anyone got any email that they have update but when they logged in to their account there was no update. This thing happened to anyone?

Yeah, it happened to me the day after the medical passed and BIL. I gave my biometrics on the same day, and they appeared in my account almost immediately. But, the day after, I received an email for a non-existent update. My conclusion was that it was linked to my biometrics being updated in my account, but like a day later :/

May be, coz I gave my biometrics in 2019 during WP process. It was appeared on my profile with MEP but they might have considered this as an update. Thank you though. Good Luck.
You can find all the internal steps here. Unfortunately, it's not as transparent as it could be, and we will all miss some of them since there are no emails for every single one. So, I guess that what happens now is a long long wait... I will order GCMS notes in about a month just to see if things are moving.

If you're in Canada, you can order them here. It's $5 CAD. If you're not in Canada, you'll have to pay a third-party service provider to do it for you. I don't have any experience with that. I just know I'll order my notes directly from IRCC.
I need some help, with the following situation.
I did my engineering from Canada. I came here as international student on 2013 and completed my degree 2019. In my 2015 fall semester, I was alleged with academic miss conduct and the case investigating run in to winter 2016 semester due to which I couldn’t take my winter semester. I also received my pgwp and I didn’t mention this when I applied for pgwp. My question is do I need to mention this in my express entry profile. and back in 2018 I had only left 2 classes and my university gave me a latter which I attached with my pgwp and successfully got my pgwp. My question is do I need to mention again in my express entry profile. and if I didn’t would it effect my PR application.
