I have a question for you guys. What is the difference between Primary and Secondary VO?
When I called IRCC and asked regarding Visa Office, they said that Etobicoke is currently processing my application. Is that my primary VO then or secondary VO?

Today i received request to complete the form imm5406 for family details.
I am single applicant and don't know why they asked it.
Is it good sign or my file will be stuck?

Just received the GU and Biometric date updated in lower section where we have all steps such as Review of eligibility, Review of medical result etc..

Biometrics: Exempted

As Per IRCC Agent, Called on June 21st, 2021 (VO: CPC Edmonton)
Eligibility: Passed (Passed on June 15th)
Criminality: Passed (Passed on June 15th)
Security: Not Started as of June 21st, 2021...

As Per IRCC Agent, Called on July 12th, 2021 (VO: CPC Ottawa)
They told me that everything has been assessed except Security....
The only change is the VO....

Any assumption what is going on? How many offices the file rotates?

And what does the processing efforts CPC Ottawa do?

Last weekend i was asked to submit an RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check with fingerprints. I wonder why I was asked to do it when i know that they can use my biometrics for criminal record check which i did back in 2014.

I've also visited an accredited company today and they told me the process will take 4-6 weeks due to large volume of requests, afraid this will delay my application.

Any insights on this? Thank you
