Today on (Jan/17/2021) I'm trying to check my application status, but I'm getting this :
" We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. "
I tried many times but the same, I used to check it and everything was OK!
Is there anyone has the same issue ?, and what is the problem and its reasons ?

still too early to be able to get an update regarding your application due to covid.. i think by september 2021 you should receive the AOR and be able to see updates on your application.. in the meantime, write to IRCC through their webform to confirm that they have received your application
