Can't check my application status online!

Hi everyone,

Pleaseeee can someone tell me if there is any other way to check my application status. I can not check my status online? I used to check it online but now it says 'they were not able to identify me using the information I provided', whatever that means : The last time I checked it said In Process. This is my second post on this topic :'(

Thanks Msafiri! I called CIC-centre yesterday to ask them fix my online account. The agent was extremely nice and polite Saying the truth, I did not want to know my application status through CIC (I do not like calling and bugging them for no reason), I just wanted to ask him about the problem with my log-in account. He gave me the email address (through email) at CIC where you can explain what technical problem I am facing, which I did yesterday. It says that it takes 30 working days to get reply back Anyway, he told me the status of my application and here is my timeline:

Application submitted: May 2012
Acknowledgement letter: May 2012 according to my online status (letter received by mail, dated as July 1st 2012).
In Process: January 2013
File transferred to Scarborough office in April (do not remember what day exactly).

The agent told me that I will be invited to the test any day before August 2014

I wonder if anyone else has similar Timeline as me and if that is true to wait so long for the test?

I am not sure about this technical problem. My status is also In-Process and I can check my status online. Anyway, good luck to you.
