Hi,
I have been using the application status checking service since March 2012 to check my wife sponsorship application. Last time I tried the service with the same information I used every time but I got the following message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"
I tried it several times but the same message.
Anybody can help.

they do have some technical difficulties , is nothiing wrong with youe ECAs, for example my is working , but i see most of us are having same problems,
