Hi There,
As part of eTA application I need to upload 2 documents , but due to some technical error cannot upload the pdf document on IRCC website for one of the documents. I tried to upload first time , I got file exceeds 4 mb size limit error. After that I compressed the files to 2 mb and tried to upload it again, but ever since I get this error.
Strangely for the other document that I have to upload I do not get this error.
Any help would be appreciated.
