Hi everyone, I cannot upload photo while I am now going through the process from eCoPR to PR card.
Everytime I try submitting a photo by click Next, an error message 'File did not upload' shows up.
I checked the source code of the page, the actual response error message is 'message: "Unable To Create New Document Due to Case Status.", type: "Error", data: {} '
The images of cases above are in this google doc.

What can I do about it? Is there anyone fimiliar with this seemingly technical issue?
