I submit my passport application sep21 and received by sep 24 , 7 am .
My CC charged oct 19 . After that i didnt get any communication with them , its already pass 24 business day , do i need to call them better or should i wait for while ?

I bet if you call them, they will say "oh it's still processing, and our current timelines are up to 2 months and there is no other update that we can provide" )))
Hi, i am in currently in a situation. i applied for my passport by express post on saturday October 24. cause i did not had any plans to go anywhere. now my father in usa is not doing well and my family wants me to come visit and stay there for little bit. what are my options so i can get my passport quicker if there are any.

No harm in calling them. they can give some info.
I called them after my cc was charged on oct 23 and they said it has gone for printing. delivery likely in 2 weeks.

Similar thing on my end .. They received my application on Sept 15th, and nothing since then. There're people who've received their passports in 20 business days dot. Let us know if you receive any response from the complaint you filed.
Okay, so I got a call from the passport office which is processing my application. They told me that they are processing now the batch that they have received on Sep 8th, and the batches are pretty big, like hundreds of applications in each. So roughly in about 1-2 weeks they are hoping to process my application. They said when my credit card will be charged will be the indication that they have processed my application

I don’t think they follow any batch system because my application was delivered 6/10/20 and credit card charge 27/10/20, I think it all depends on who process your application. I believe you will get yours soon.

They received my application on October 5, they charged my CC on October 14. I called them and was told nothing was started yet on my application..no idea what does it mean by that..
