Q1) Can we travel outside Canada after applying for PR under the CEC Express Entry Program from within Canada? I am asking because I have to travel to India urgently and cannot wait for my ITA and PR approval. I do have a valid open work visa till 2023.
Q2) If I apply for my PR from within Canada, and then leave for India, can I get my medical and PCC done in India? Or will I have to fly back to Canada for these?
