Canadian education points for 8 months program

Could someone please provide some clarity on whether an 8 months Ontario college graduate certificate that offers a 1-year PGWP would be considered for express entry points or not?
The course I am specifically talking about is Analytics for Business Decision Making provided by George Brown College

I guess yes... Duration of all one year course in canada is 8 months
