i received it in my gc key account and not in gmail . i just had the mail in my gmail account that i have new message in my account

I have applied for GBC consulting program for Jan 2020 intake and visa got refused on same grounds 216(1)..I have applied for my gcms notes..but I am worried on my offer from college..will my seat automatically shifted to may intake..or I will have to apply it fresh all again..please help me!!! The reason was not satisfied he is a bonafide intending student. I applied through an agent and she applied under non sds. Dont know why. She was an idiot i guess. So i changed my agent while applying for the 2nd time
