Dear All,

I have applied for Canada Immigration 2014 FSW under NOC Code 2173.

My file was reached at CIC on 09 September,2014. I am having 6.5 years of experience as Software Engineer.

I have seen in spread sheet that people started getting rejection due to cap reached who have applied after 13th August,2014.

I did not hear back anything for CIC or did not receive my file back which contains my original IELTS results. I want to apply under Expression of Interest which starts from 1st Jan 2015.

Can anyone guide how should I contact CIC ? What should I do in such situation ?

Any help is appreciated.
