Hi all,

I applied under category 2173 FSW 2014. The courier reached CIC on Oct 16 2014.Though I did not get any official confirmation from CIC. I see that 2173 is full. Are there any chances for me to get any positive response from CIC at this point? Or my application will be returned? Has CIC processed any apps from Oct 2014? Will I get an email from CIC on status of my application?
