Canada college or university admission

I have completed BE mechanical engineering with 7.38 (no history of arrears). In IELTS i got 6 Overall with one band 5.5. In which college or university for pg diploma or masters (any courses with my profile) am I eligible to apply for??

Depends on which colleges or universities accept a band of 5.5. Have you done any research on any schools.

There are many diploma courses which accept one band 5.5....but I can't find pg diploma or masters.

Right because your IELTS are too low for masters or PG diplomas, so increase your IELTS.
