Hi I have completed BE in mechanical engineering with 16 history of arrears (cleared) with repeats and having 7.84 cgpa i am currently working in TCS as Associate system engineer for 1 year now(Pega developer) and my ielts score is overall 7 L7 R7.5 W6.5 S6.5 with this i am looking for 2 years pg diploma/masters in computer science/Information technology what will be the chancecs colleges/universities acceptance and visa acceptance and also suggest some college or university for my profile

You can get in the desired masters easily. Always choose public DLI. That’s all.

The amount of backlogs may be a problem.

Not if he is able to justify them truthfully to why he had those. Although they are a bottleneck.
