Sir I am Arun Pradeep from India. I wanted to study in Canada for post gradutae diploma courses. I have completed my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. But, the problem is that I'm having a history of arrears with 20 plus. So, is that possible to study in Canada. And I've completed my IELTS exam with a overall band score of 6 with individual not less 5.5. Please advise.
