Hi All,
My Son born here in Toronto, We applied for his Birth Certificate. There is one error regarding Father's Birth place in his Certificate.
I have connected with Service Ontario.
They send us Form23 for changes. but they are asking Father's Birth Certificate which i can't provide them as i don't have.
Point:-
1- Born at home in small town in 1983.
2- we never apply Birth Certificate.
3- In my Passport my Place of birth is define.
Service Ontario CC said :- You can write a letter why you can't provide my(father's) Certificate after that Might be Team will consider you passport for change.
