This is Keyvan from Iran but I am living in Sweden. I will be working at Concordia for two years as a postdoc.
My work permit has been granted recently. My wife's visa is also an Open Work Permit visa. I read in the below link that Open-work Permit visa holders should delay their entry to Canada and family members (I am not sure it means visitor visa or OWP visa) should apply for an Authorization letter.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ices/coronavirus-covid19/foreign-workers.html

This is also mentioned in IRCC website

" If you have, or been approved for, an open work permit and you don’t have a job secured before coming, you should delay your travel."
I read the Authorization letter and doesn't speak about OWP visa.
My concern is that can I fly to Canada with my wife with this visa status?

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,
Keyvan
