Can my open work permit will get approved from inside Canada?

I am in Canada now and I applied open work permit as my spouse has work permit. I know I will get this one.
I also have approved ICT work visa application. My ICT employer is asking me to join the project for 6 months and I am ok with that. So now I will go outside of Canada and comeback to issue my ICT work permit.
My question is, if I get ICT work permit is my Open work permit application is still valid? will it get approved and I will be issued an separate OWP?
My ICT work permit will expire in Sep-24. I will use my OWP after that.

You can‘t have the ICT and the OWP it will be one or the other.
