hi my application for pr under cec was refused...but i got my bowp before that...
my question is can i still apply for pr using my old lmia and use my bowp so that i can still get 600 points...im still working at the same company where ive got my old lmia...is this possible? pls and thank you
Call CIC to confirm... but general understanding is: one is allowed to stay till BOWP's validity date. It wouldn't be renewed. However, in this time you can apply using your LMIA for another PR.

but the lmia that ive used was the old lmia to get a work permit and that permit was already expired..before it expires i applied for bowp..that is why im confused..but thank you...
