GOT EE AOR Need to Apply BOWP

Hi there,
I got AOR and still my eligibility is Inprogress .

I was trying to file my BOWP as my work permit expires on 15th May 2015

When I trying online it's showing only 2 option

1. I need to apply with Work permit using the LMIA

2. Temporary resident permit..

option 1 . I need to apply work permit with LMIA my employer applied in Feb and I dont know how much more time it takes

option 2. If I apply using Temporary Resident permit ; I can stay in Canada but I cant work if I'm right?

I dont know how Im going to apply BOWP

please help me

If your employer applied to LMIA and didn't receive a response yet, you still can apply for the work permit and you can uplaod the letter that was sent for the assessment to proof that your employer have applied. You can also call the call center and confirm this, and you can ask to get this advice via email and upload it as well. I had another case and I called the call center to clarify, asked them to email me this response and attached it to my WP extension under the LMIA field.
