hi my application for pr under cec was refused...but i got my bowp before that...
my question is can i still apply for pr using my old lmia and use my bowp so that i can still get 600 points...im still working at the same company where ive got my old lmia...is this possible? pls and thank you...

No and if you select you have a valid job to get the 600 points, that would be misrepresentation. My advice, don't try anything funny with the EE system.
