I am Canadian citizenn currently living in Dubai, my two children the age of 18 and 20 years old used to live in Ethiopia, with my ex-husband, since they have completed their high school, I want them to be with me here in Dubai, while they are attending, University, with the status of student visas, can I be able to sponsor them to Canada, while they are in UAE as student I would like to know what necessary steps I have to make before when applying from outside Canada.
