My son is 27 years old and married. Both of them are working in Dubai, UAE. I am a Canadian permanent resident, married to a Canadian citizen. Can I sponsor my Son and his wife throgh family Class?

Hi Yang, I am Chinese in Dubai. Let me answer your question.
If you are talking about family sponsorship, the answer is no. You can't sponsor them to come to Canada to become permanent residents as I suppose they are already older than 21 years.
However, if you are talking about inviting them to Canada to visit you temporarily, the answer is yes. You can be the sponsor for them to get a "Temporary Resident Visa", if the visa is approved, they can come to stay in Canada for at least 6 months.
Not quite correct. For a TRV, the applicant must provide the proof they can support themselves and afford the trip, as well as providing proof of strong ties to the home country. The OP can not sponsor them. They can only provide a letter of invitation and support.
In addition, a TRV does not necessarily guarantee admission into Canada. That is determined by CBSA at the point of entry, along with how long you can stay. The duration of stay is a maximum 6 months, not “at least 6 months”. To stay beyond 6 months (or whatever duration CBSA has granted) they would need to apply for an extension with valid reasons to remain.

Oh sorry I didn't make myself clear, maximum 6 months, not minimum, I was thinking multiple visa, so they can go again and again, so that means "minimum 6 months.."
Also they may run into problems getting a TRV since they will have to prove strong ties to their home country but they are living and working in Dubai.
