hi everyone.
I am a Canadian in Dubai and would like to sponsor my wife who lives me in Dubai to Canada. I know everyone says i can fill out my own application and send it, and that a consultant is not really necessary, but I definitely would want to at least consult with a good consultant or a lawyer before sending my app in.
Can anyone please suggest a decent (if not great) Immigration Consultant / Lawyer in Dubai?
I can really use your input guys.
Thank you
Unless you or your wife have some sort of a criminality issue or an exclusion order issue of some sort you would, quite frankly, just be pi$$ing your money out of a window to use a consultant or a lawyer. You would be better suited to put that money into a savings account and use it for a nice vacation once the PR is approved!
This forum is a wealth of information regarding the immigration process, and even better, the advice and consultations are free and likely more accurate. The choice however is up to you.
Thank you both for the reply. I appreciate it, however, there is a lot of questions coming up as I am gathering the required application and filling out the forms that have left me very confused and stressed. I wouldn't want a law office to represent me, it just would be nice to be able to double check the forms and make sure the supplementary form for proof of marriage and plans to move back to Canada are sufficient. is there any thread for newbies like myself who are still putting everything together to make sure im not missing any important docs?
