I have applied for a visitor visa for my wife which I have not heard for 3 months now.
I was wondering to apply for her open work permit since wait time is 14 weeks.
I am a PGWP holder and have applied for PR and added my wife to the application.
One lawyer said you can apply for work permit.
Another lawyer said you must cancel her tourist visa application and then apply for open work permit
I am super confused what to do next
