I graduate from post secondary school, and I meet all requirements to apply for PGWP. I don't have any job offer.
My wife just came here with visitor visa.
According to CIC, it seems that i need to attach a copy of job offer, which is NOC 0 A B position, when apply for her open work permit.
Is it true? Can I apply PGWP and apply for her open work permit at the same time?
Please help.

1. Not quite right.
2. You have to obtain a job in NOC A, B or O. Then once you are working, your wife must submit a copy of your job description and a copy of your pay cheque with her application for a SOWP.
3. So you can't apply at the same time as you are not working. If your wife's status as a visitor is expiring, she will need to apply for an extension.
