You're better off waiting till 2015 to decide if you want to immigrate to Canada or not, as the immigration system is changing to Express Entry in 2015. How this is going affect future CEC applicants, we don't know. You may have other options in 2015 and you may not even have to study here, you could just get your PR.
Frankly speaking 8 months, is a tight deadline to get your PR, unless your "stars line up on time for you".
Again, wait it out till 2015 and see how the new immigration system can work for you.
Good luck!
Express entry is about uploading your CV on their data base which has a partial access for employers who will nominate you to the respective province. By default after having PSW for 8 months, I would be in the same pool, however at least:
> I will be in canada and have more networking freedom with employers instead of being in India and hoping an employer might be interested in me after Jan 2015.
> Have opportunities for Campus selection.
> By gods grace, marry a girl there :
-- I just don't want to wait to see a probability.. I want to make a choice to create the opportunity..
Last year when I was looking for immigration opportunity, I found that you did not need any experience in Ontario PNP, as long as your employer helps you with the file processing. I am not sure if the rules have changed by now, but you can look in to OPNP too
