Do I have to believe Canada option is closed for me so much stressed

I have got 2 time refusal on Fdu Mas Global leadership . My consultant told me to apply again with stron sop they do refuse some time.

My profile 10th 2003 51% 10+2 commerce 2005 63%
bcom 2008 67% then i went to Uk in 2009 completed level 7 advanced management diploma in 2010 then I applied for Psw I was granted PSW in 2011 ielts 6 not less then 5.5 in each module

1 from January 2011 till November 2013 worked as a restaurant manager. Does restaurant manager experience level 7 advanced management diploma from the uk make sense to reapply for Masters in administrative Science global leadership in Fairliegh Dickinson University?

2 If restaurant manager experience not make sense to proposed course what experience realate to the course and make sense?

Refusal reason second time
General
Lack of authenticity in documents diminished overall credibility of application in raching decision.
Other reason

The proposed course make sense in light of previous educaton language ability work experience

Your u.g and proposed study does not relate to each other! Better create a strong SOP to show that why you wanted to take this course! Or try getting some related course! Ielts score is little less for masters ! Re appear for IELTS minimum 6.5 overall for masters program required !
