I have got refusal on Fairliegh Dickinson university MAS Global leadership Administration. i applied again on 07/07/2014 with a strong sop explaining about the course and how it relates to my previous education and experience, long term career opportunities after completion of course

My profile 10th 2003 51% 10+2 CEC 2005 63%
Bcom 2008 67% then i went to the Uk in 2009 completed level 7 advanced management diploma in 2010 Then i worked as a restaurant manager in UK from January 2011 till Nov 2013 on post study work visa.
IELTS S 6.5 L 6 R 5 W 6 OVERALL 6

Refusal reason: proposed course make sense given your previous work experience education background.

I know my ielts is low but university accepts me on that score what are my chances of approval this time ?

Your overall profile is good the VO don't asses you only on ielts they have several factors. VO should have no problem with IELTS because university accepted you on that score

expert can give their opinions ,, , very hard to say yes or no
