Don't even have your spouse try to travel even if they have copr and visa because principal applicant has to land first. In my email it clearly said that if overseas spouse try to travel first their Passport could be seized at Port of entry.

that’s weird coz if immigration is issuing visa then applicant is ready to travel . Otherwise they would delay in granting. My spouse got visa + landing paper nothing else . She is coming next week

nope I have sent off emails to IRCC, and honestly I don't expect a quick response.

It thinks the account exists under the email address I gave but I can't reset password- so I need them to effectively reset the account password for me, and give me a temporary password. (this all stems from a fuck up with the system back in 2021 I think)

I tried calling this morning but keep getting disconnected as IRCCs communications systems for clients is utter garbage.

I've was feeling pretty stressed and sad about the situation all weekend, and it's making it hard to concentrate on work today (hopefully that feeling subsides)

I sent my portal 1 stuff off on Dec 21st, got Portal 2 on Jan 6th with no login credentials to actually upload the stuff I need to.

Honestly, the transition to fully online with IRCC has been such a mess- having a bunch of online portals but no effective way to deal with tech support.etc... is dumbfounding in this day and age. I've dealt with immigration in other countries and none are as slow/difficult to communicate with as IRCC is.
