Congrats Zee12345. It's good to see some progress on the process.
However, I cannot understand how this whole credentials/portal 2 process works

It's in effect the system that replaced the old landing system for inland applicants, and it's overly convoluted primarily due to their being so many different ways to apply for PR combined with paper vs online applications (IRCC are transitioning to fully online applications slowly). Part of the issue is that Case Officers don't know whether you applied on paper vs online so we have to go through a two part system that is cumbersome and seems like it could be error-prone.

Portal 1 emails that act as our virtual landing will get filtered out to case officers and depending on workload/time of year some will take longer than others- it's sadly just the nature of the system.

The whole system needs fully modernized but with the backlogs and goals that are in place for Immigration it is hard to make the changes needed.

I literally just received eCoPR at 2:51 pm.

Hey Congratulations!!! Looks like the copr generation is random to some extent. Because I Uploaded photo and address on 28th and so far there is no update.
Would you please be able to share the process? Like when u got the copr did u get an email? Did any or all status on the PR confirmation portal change or get updated?
My declaration shows “submitted to ircc” did that change for you after you got copr?

and any updates on the GC key portal? (Portal 1)

I did get an email saying eCoPR available for download now and when I logged in my declaration still says submitted but my mailing address changed to accepted and in the bottom there is the eCoPR document to download now.
