Just a quick question from those who submitted their PP to NY from Canada: Do you have any idea if I can include prepaid return envelope for PP? If yes, what courier you have used.

when i sent mine to Detroit I included a Canadapost Express prepaid and pre filled envelope it took around 15 days from the day I sent it till the day it came back

For Detroit, you could include the Canadapost Express prepaid envelope as they do have a canadian address and mail the outgoings to Canada from that address.
However, my passport was requested from NY office. They advised only courier envelopes prepaid from a corporate account number are acceptable.
So, I included one prepaid envelope of FEDEX and paid for it from a corporate account. Lets see if they will use it or they will just ignore it and return my passport using regular mail.

I got few questions regarding FSWP, its for my friend. He had done Bachelors(Computer Science) from India and Masters( Computer Science) from US. He's working in US from last 4 years.
If applicant had Masters from US, does he still needs IELTS?
Evaluation is required for Both Bachelors and Masters?
i did apply in April 2010 and did my my medical in April 2012 also on february 21 i got an email from Ottawa for updated docs such as Employer letter police clearance,Updated Forms,and Bank Statement.
Finally right after 60 days from when they asked me document i got PPR Email from Ottawa yesterday.

Congratulations, can i ask you when did you submit all the documents when they requested to you last february 21? They asked mine same as yours last january 31. But up to now i havent received any email from them. Pls advise thanks for your answer in advance.
