Friends, who have applied in March/April and are waiting for Medical, be prepared for further delay (if my guess is correct),
as I and you have applied in March/April, that means our PCC will expire soon or already has expire, and we would be asked for new PCC, should we apply for new PCC or wait for VO action?
Any thoughts?

that's exactly what happened to me and i was thinking you guys should already apply for FBI PCC ... if VO asks you'll have it ready ... if not, there's no harm (it's only $18, plus $5 for fingerprints for me) ...
the only catch (maybe a remote possibility) is if VO requests for PCC 3 months after its issue date (let's say you get it in April 1, and VO requests it after July 1) then might the VO say the PCC is not recent enough? then it'll be twice the cost (the first Apr-1 PCC will be useless)

I think this only applies to people in US, you don't need to submit a PCC if your are in Canada and from countries which you left and haven't visited after applying for immigration (I have long list and it was hassle at the time of submitting full documents 6 countries)
I have seen couple cases similar to yours and after some time they got IN PROCESS, so hope for the best and I wish you will see the same in your E-Cas.
I have applied under the 4131 category but I am thinking to change my job in near future.
Now the question is:
1. Do you guys think that it will affect my case negatively?
2. Just in case, If I get medical request before I change my job, Is it advisable to inform VO? (coz as per my thought there won't be any inquiry about employment once they issue the medical)
3. I am also planning to go to Canada on visitor visa in June. Do I have to face any problem coz I have also filed for immigration?
don't know about 1 and 2 but for 3, I heard if you wanna visit canada while under immigration processing, they ask you to "withdraw" your immigration application ... so if I were you, I wouldn't even think about going to canada until I have COPR in my hand

1. Nop, changing the job doesn't heart your case,
2. Update them about your job change as they conduct background check and may call your current employer
3. No problem, your temporary visit application doesn't have any impact on your immigration application, you don't need to withdraw your PR application. I am principle applicant for FSW-1 and applied for my wifes visit visa after submitting application and she go the visa.
this link is almost dead, and I thought to make it live again,
I have created a spread-sheet, it would be grate if you can add your info in that,
you can edit (add new columns in) that link, if you wish.
