Really? And how about you Canada_dream, as your are the Apr ones, did you request your CAIPs? i think if i still not hear something in the middle of next month, i will request CAIPS.

I applied for CAIPS in Nov & got it in DEC, my BFD was 26th Dec. which was a holiday in offices. I did not hear from VO, and supposed that I got another BFD. I may apply for CAIPS, if I don't hear by 10 April.
Why I would wait for 10th April? - 26 Dec + 3 months = 26 March, if I had got 3 months BFD, then VO my take action on 26th March & I may get communication in 2 weeks from 26th March....

Okay take it this way, u have got 2nd AOR on 05-05-2010, and still waiting for medical; but that does not means that no body have looked at your file till now, your file might have been touched (looked) say in 9th or 10th month of 2010 and again VO might have given you another BFD of 2011, say March 2011, VO may send you medical request in April or again may issue another BFD... I hope you got what I wish to share....
We need to understand that there is backlog and our application is in queue, applicant who have applied before us, in most cases, will get visa before us, and there is limit to the visa every year, so till we reach end and there is enough visa, we will continue to get BFD.
Hope I am correct, seniors may correct me if something is wrong.
So the 64 wk time is from the date of file transfer to VO not from 2nd Aor.
I hope there would be good news for all of us sometime next month.And july would be the time waiting for Landing
