Buffalo - 2nd AOR between 15th April to 15th May

when will we recieve our medicals ...i think only few persons files are transfered to Ny and they do nothing there ........some of my frzs they applied in nov 2009 with me and they got PR cards in there hands .........mine file start processing in 30 august 2010 but no update so far from them ...........how much tyme they will take to send medicals .

My file also went In Process on Aug 30, I sent e-mail to NY 10 days before and they reply that
File is currently with visa officer.

Now point is if i send another e-mail they might not reply back so can you send e-mail and ask what is happening???

Nothing has changed, all the same ....Received by the Visa Office since May 5th ...

I am thinking for CAIPS, does it make sense to order CAIPS at this stage? Does anyone has plan to order CAIPS?
Is this delay for processing because of work load or Buffalo has reached maximum VISA allotment for this year & would be active only with new visa quota? Your thoughts would be helpful.

I sent my full/completed documents to Buffalo in July and received by Visa office on July 15th but there has been no updates since then...no 2nd AOR received and no changes in the status ...status still says CIO Sydney assessment completed.

Is this normal wait period to get for 2nd AOR and how should I wait for ?
Do I need to do anything from my end. I sent email to Visa office but they just responded with generic answer without looking into my case and said it might take upto 30 weeks.

Those who applied in/before May got their 2nd AOR in 7-8 weeks, but after that things have been slowed. There is nothing to worry, and it is normal for Buffalo (overloaded) office.

no update so far........what i observed is only few person files are transferred to ny .and from the past i observe that ppl with in process status "in process" from july they are waiting medicals and my file is in process from 30 august ........pther visa office like detroit and LA ,they are sending the mdecials in two months after in process .my frzs got medicals in two months but ny i dont know how they work.
i think they mite transferre to ny bcz they r suspicious abt our file.......

what you observe let us know

I don't think so becoz of our files are suspicious that the reason it was transfered to NY,

there is one member whoes name is Pasi, Applied to CIO on 23/09/2010 and Visa issued on 15/07/2010, total processing time was only 10 months

yeah i also applied in nov last week of 2009 and my frz he aplied in october 2009 he got his PR last month .......do u know some ppl personally whose file moved to ny and after how days they recieved medicals. i think they will sedn us medicals next year they mite have run out of 2010 visa quota ......
