I have submitted my docs. to Buffalo on April 1st and I got 2nd AOR on 5th May but after that I have not heard back anything from them. My status is still "Received by visa office". Please give me some suggestion, Should I send them an email inquiry or wait?
I would suggest to use first option and wait for 3 weeks; if you do not get response, you can go for option 2, but CAIPS also takes 4-6 weeks time to process.
if you are not aware of CAIPS, google it, easy to find.

well.. dont worry about this alot.. because we have company of so many folks whose AOR is between April and May and still their ecase shows RBVO...
i know the frustration and pain in waiting as i am also in the same phase.. but am trying to keep myself cool.. its hard.. but nothing we can do much..

- Bank Statements (we had already provided to them)
- IELTS (we had already provided to them)
- reference/experience letters from past employers (They provided us the name of that employers- However, my husband has never worked for those companies. We did not mention any such experiences during our initial applications. This is so goofy. It seems as if someone elses request was by mistake sent to us. DOES IT HAPPEN).
We are not sure what to do. We plan sending them the Bank Statements and IELTS again and an explanation on why we cannot provide that experience letter.

If the Name and Imm File Number were correct, it's hardly a mistake. But if what's said in the letter about past employer is not true, then contact them... That's what I do
The name was correct. I just checked. The immigration file number was neither AOR 1 nor AOR 2 ?????

You're welcomed . You might not be conscious receiving the letter. But obviously it's mistakenly sent to you by Buffalo.
And mine Ecas didn't update Med Rcvd yet
I sent case specific query (to know the status) last week, but have not got any reply (I am expecting a reply in 3 weeks time).
Did anyone else send case specific query to Buffalo VO recently or has anyone got reply to case specific query from Buffalo recently?
