Thanks, it's exactly 28 days, as of today, and my application hasn't been updated since day one. Hopefully, they will issue my BOWP soon within this week.

Hello Everyone,
I received an ITA (EE in CEC) in January and will be submitting my documents in a few days. I had two questions;

1- There seems to be a confusion in the earlier posts whether one can apply for a BOWP with the AOR (please keep in mind that i am a CEC case and not an FSW case). Can someone please confirm, who has applied for a BOWP?

2- Can I use my medical exam proof from my EE to apply for BWOP?

Any help would be appreciated

It does't matter FSW,FST or CEC but they should have applied PR and received AOR,yeah you could use same medical report unless it has validity.

In regards to the medical exam, would I just need a proof that I have given a medical exam at an IRCC approved medical clinic (the same as for EE) or would I need the actual medical exam result?

Quick question- I know for a BOWP to be approved, my PR app must have passed the R10 completeness check, which I understand means all docs have been checked- does that mean if my BOWP is approved, they won't be asking me for any more documents for PR?

I'm just curious because they requested an updated travel history for my spouse and I and after providing it my PR app went to it's second BG in progress.

So much guesswork involved

Yes you can apply.

That was my case. As CEC-I, I applied for BOWP with the AOR and using the same medical exams from my EE and it was approved within 23 days.

My timeline:
Express Entry AOR : Nov 19th, 2016
BOWP app submitted : January 10th, 2017 (current PGWP expired on April, 2017)
PNP certicate requested : February 7th, 2017 (Provided at same date)
BOWP approved : February 8th, 2017

Total processing time : 29 days
Stream : PNP inland (CEC)

I am just waiting for renewal of my passport (will take 4 weeks) and then I will apply for a BOWP.
