Hi, I received one on June 12 th but nothing was updated.

I got total 2 emails one on june 18 and 2nd on june 23 and today june 24th i got an email saying that I have message in my cic acc and message says it's approved.

Hi, I Am trying reach out CIC call centre but could not reach them out. Always hearing due to high volume of calls your call is not transferred to an agent

Just keep trying or wait until first thing in the morning. It seems like there isn't many taking actual calls.

yup...have tried 7 times since yesterday. have tried at 8 am and 9 am in morning. It always the same..

I applied on April 13, 2015. I got an email today stating my application has been updated. I logged into myCIC and nothing has changed. The Application Status still just says Open.

Finally got hold of one of the call centre. Nothing much of a help. They said its almost done final decision pending.

I think 2 days ago..but nothing was changed..the case is closed and the result is approved..i dont see the expiry date or any document though..maybe when i receive it in the mail
