Hi, I have a valid work permit that is due to expire in April 2015. I applied for PR under CEC and have received AOR. My question is I need to apply for a BOWP because I haven't received my PR yet. On the online application they require and LMIA and employer declaration to be uploaded. Is this necessary since I have been approved for PR and can I submit the BOWP application if I don't have the LMIA?
BOWP is only meant to provide you the required eligibility to work when your PR is in process and ur current work permit is due to expire within four month. You won't need LMIA here, just applying stating your AOR and PR status and you are good to get BOWP..
