I would like to apply for BOWP after submitting a permanent resident application. I sumited job offer from my current employer in my PR application.
By the question "Do you have a written job offer?" Should I answere yes or no by BOWP aplication if i'm applying for open work permit?

You don't need a job offer for a BOWP.
