Hi,

I would like to know how important is the birth certificate, which is required by almost all of the PNP programs.

I do not have a birth certificate, but I do have my date of birth mentioned on the following:
- passport
- driving license
- taxation forms
- voter card
- national identity card

Should I get one made now? or should I just make an affidavit about the unavailability of birth certificate?

Thanks.

For Express Entry, Birth Certificate is not a mandatory document for the primary applicant. The following link should be useful for you:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

However, OOPNP asks for a Birth Certificate. :-(

If you are interested in PNP programmes, then you should get your Birth Certificate.

Thanks. PNP seems like the only way ahead as I do not expect the points criteria going down any sooner.

What is your CRS score?
