Hi all, I dont have my birth certificate and I cant get it...alternately I provided my high school certificate having my date of birth, both parents name and my photo and the province in which i applied has also accepted that as birth certificate. Now my question is after getting ITA will cic also accept it as birth certificate or I need to get a affidavit.

Unless you're applying for lets say OINP, birth certificate is not required. For regular ITA only dependet children under 18 need a birth certificate.
