Birth Certificate

Hi,

I have a birth certificate but not registered in the National Statistic's office ( NSO ). Will this suffice? There's a stamp in my cert that says, certified true copy. I'm from the Philippines and would be lodging my application next year.

Hope I won't encounter any probs submitting my birth certificate.

Please advice.

as long as it is a certified birth certificate I don't see why it wouldn't suffice, although it must translated into English or French if not already...
