I Submitted my SDS Study visa application on 3rd dec 2019 but today is 12 dec and i have not get Biometric instruction letter yet. anyone who facing this delay???

Where did you applied it from? Ask the agent about the issue. Also let him show you your receipt for the payment!

my UCI no And All things same as on 3rd dec....got confirmation just in 1 minut after submition

I would suggest you to email your issue to the ircc office where your application is being submitted. You can get the contact details from the CIC website.

I submitted my application online. How can I check in which office my file is processing. There is no details like processing office in my cic account.

I submitted web form yesterday night with confirmation receipt and select visa office new Delhi.
