I have tried that already. They said that everything looks good in my file and they don't need anything now. When asked about BIL, they said they have forwarded it to the concerned team, and IRCC call center agent doesn't know why the concerned team has not sent the BIL yet.
From my understanding BIL is received after medical is passed which normally takes 30-45 days. Due to Covid19 it could more time now. Please wait and see if your medical gets passed or no. Then you might get the BIL

I got an information letter from IRCC in my gc key account stating that they are processing my application, and get back to me if they need anything. This sounded like the first note anyone would receive after filing their application.
