Q2 - What order are you guys going by ?
Reply - The lists are received by postal code and then sorted from oldest to newest application.

it looks like they don't know either that are they doing. When I got a call, SC clerk asked what is my Postal code, lol. And there was no row in her list for my spouse who is depended on the same application. The whole process is unpredictable and buggy.

Got a call yesterday as well, appointment booked for Oct 23rd at Whitby passport office. According to people's replies and the google spreadsheet apparently the offices within GTA are all booked up until mid-November

did you get any email for your appointment ? I also got appointment for same location on November 6th. I think, this is the passport office near to Service Canada.

yesterday missed the call from service Ontario for the biometerics and they left the voicemail saying they will call again tommorow.
Today 9:30 am got a call again to book appointment for Biometerics.
the lady told me that Hamilton Passport center is booked till January.
But Mississauga and Brampton has opened after hour services from today for biometerics.
so got an appintment for tommorow 28th oct 6;15 pm.
