Hi! I have applied for sponsoring my mom and she has just done her medical outside Canada. However, she cannot wait for her biometrics letter and CoPR as I am pregnant and due soon and she already has a visitor visa and ticket to come to Canada. If she receives the biometrics letter while she is here, can she go ahead with the rest of the process here in Canada or does she have to return to her home country first?
Any help would be great as I am not able to find any info about this complicated case anywhere
